Well... winter is upon us and to celebrate I'm running a Winter Wellness Pilates Class. It will be an online class focusing on Pilates movements and stretching that activate muscles associated with the meridians of the kidney and bladder. Think feet, calves, hamstrings, back, neck, inner thighs, hip flexors and shoulders - just a little bit to cover! These two meridians form the water element which is the key element for Winter from a Chinese Medicine perspective.
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness with different levels of exercises offered. If you have any medical conditions or injuries please seek advice from the appropriate health professional about whether this class is right for you.
Previous Pilates experience is not required. And if you are used to Pilates there will be a different focus in this class so it will be both familiar and new. The aim? To feel a bit lighter, brighter, calmer and taller! When is it? Mon 26th June at 6pm. The class will be recorded. What do I need? Just your lovely self, comfortable clothing, a pilates/yoga mat or even just a towel if you are on a carpeted floor. How do I book?
