Hi everyone,
This week's article is about Kombucha, a great fermented drink full of good organisms that support a healthy microbiome IF it's made properly. There's been a boom of kombucha drinks available - they're even in the supermarket now but they're not all as good as they may sound. Have a read of this article I wrote and you can even attempt to make your own kombucha with the recipe from Katie!
If you are not used to having fermented foods always start with a small quantity e.g. 100mL kombucha and gradually increase according to how you feel.
Happy fermenting! Carla :)
